The Western Conservatory of Music provides excellence in music lessons (piano, theory, woodwinds, brass and voice) in the Langley area.
Our professional teachers strive to have a relaxed approach in all of our students' music lessons.
Our goal is for our music students to pursue enjoyment and excellence with the musical instrument of their choice.
Students who have studied at the school have received scholarships and awards from Kiwanis Fraser Valley International Music Festival, as well as provincial medals from the Royal Conservatory of Music® in their respective disciplines.
Our highly trained and certified instructors offer private musical lessons from beginner methods through Royal Conservatory of Music® ARCT (Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto) music grades. Lessons are usually once per week, and are 30 to 90 minutes in duration, depending on the student's level.
The school participates in several exciting trips per academic year to the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, the Vancouver Recital Society, The Vancouver Opera and others. We also offer the opportunity for students to participate in festivals, recitals and master classes in order to gain more performance experience.
